At MBank, we want to do our part to make a good community great. So when it comes to giving back, we don’t mess around. Each year, we contribute a significant amount of our net income to charities and nonprofits in the form of cash and in-kind contributions. For a growing community bank, this is serious financial philanthropy.

And while money is great, we know that action is even better. At MBank, we certainly aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty. In fact, our employees volunteer thousands of hours every year. We not only encourage it, we pretty much consider it our mantra. People need help; it feels good to help them. It’s what you might call a no-brainer.

In all, we’re proud to be a major supporter of many community partners including Habitat for Humanity, Clackamas Women’s Services, SnowCap, Human Solutions and more. If that earns us an award, like it did from The Portland Business Journal, that’s great. But the real reward comes from knowing that we’re doing our part.
