How to use the Telebanking Customer Service Center


At The Touch Of Your Fingertips

  1. Have your account number ready.
  2. Call 1-877-674-3001
  3. Using the touch-tone pad on your phone, enter your account number. The menu of options you have available will guide you.
  4. A Telebank Personal I.D. Number is required to access your account. This assures the confidentialty and security of your call. At any time you may change this I.D. number by following the menu instructions.
  5. When you have completed your business, or wish to end the call, simply enter "9" or hang up.
