"I have been banking with MBank for a little over six months and have a had great experience time and time again. I would like to say that my personal banker, who works out of your Gresham branch, is one of the best bankers I have ever worked with. I have been known to drive down to the bank to withdraw money instead of going to an ATM just so I can talk with her. She always has time for me and is interested not only in my banking but what I like to do, how business is going, what's new with my family, etc. It is for this reason that I left my former bank and have enjoyed the switch ever since. I believe the level of customer service is why MBank continues to grow and keep its customers. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a "Welcome to MBank" from one of the staff members. It's a shame that there are not more banks that take the time to get to know their clients as well as MBank does.
