Update To Our Funds Availablity Policy

| MBank’s Funds Availability Policy has changed due to the recent consolidation of the Federal Reserve Bank check-processing centers across the United States. As of February 27, 2010 all checks are considered “local” for the purpose of placing check holds. Our general policy is to make funds from your check deposits available to you on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit. Funds you deposit by check may be delayed for a longer period under certain circumstances.
